He also serves as editorial director of AGA’s flagship monthly publication, American Gas magazine. Chief among his responsibilities is working with AGA’s president and chairman to develop speeches, articles, op-ed pieces, and any other written or oral communications on behalf of the natural gas utility industry and AGA’s more than 200 natural gas utility members. He also advises the president on strategic planning issues, edits all AGA-related publications, and oversees the production, financial performance and editorial content of American Gas. In his spare time he writes Bruce’s History Lessons, a weekly column on American and world history that is syndicated in newspapers nationwide.
