A compelling letter to President Obama about energy-related shortfalls in the economic stimulus package

Our friend Jeff Share, editor of the always-stellar Pipeline and Gas Journal, has in his March column written a compelling letter to President Obama about energy-related shortfalls in the economic stimulus package.
