Recently I was asked to participate in the National Journal’s Energy and Environment Experts blog. The National Journal, in their own words, “invited a balanced group of energy and environment experts, including think tankers, academicians, members of Congress and key federal officials to participate.” I’ve enjoyed the opportunity quite a bit.
